Truffle Tasting Menu

This December, we celebrate the magical season of truffles with a 5-course Truffle Tasting Menu dedicated to the highly coveted Alba white truffles and Burgundy black truffles.

Our culinary team perfectly pairs the two truffles, using their different qualities, with local and seasonal ingredients such as squab, oysters, black cod, caviar, uni, and foie gras, to provide a flavorful experience that will be sure to make a lasting impression. The coursed dinner will be completed with a savory cheese dessert and black sesame soufflé from our visionary Pastry Chef, Artis Kalsons. Add a wonderfully curated wine pairing by our talented Beverage Director, Nick D’Ambrosio, to make this an even more memorable evening. 

As truffles are a seasonal delicacy, the 5-course Truffle Tasting Menu will only be available for four days.

$225 per person (tax & service charge not included)
