Our menu brings together a collection of standout dishes, each defined by depth, balance, and thoughtful technique. Savory highlights include the Tamari Braised Dino Short Rib, paired with mushroom risotto and a deep, dry-aged jus; the Garden Vegetable Risotto, bright and seasonal with preserved lemon, fresh herbs, and herb roulé cheese; and the Romanesco Cauliflower Soup, rich and comforting with duck prosciutto, Beecher’s Flagship cheese, brioche croutons, and fine herbs. Desserts follow the same flavor forward approach, incorporating Asian-inspired elements in The Stone with black sesame cake and the Nashi Pear Tart finished with whiskey cream sauce and salted corn ice cream.

Executive Pastry Chef, Merlyn Permata Martin demonstrates exceptional technique, combining seasonal flavors, Asian influences, and a refined, modern perspective on reimagined classics. Inspired by the tastes of today’s guests, her work results in standout offerings such as the L.O.V.E and the New-Fashioned Carrot Cake, alongside a rotating selection of elevated seasonal specialties.
