As of March 15th, 2022, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge's main dining room is exclusively offering a 3 or 4-Course Prix-Fixe menu that is core to our locally-sourced and seasonal approach to Contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine. An extended Bar Menu will continue to be available to guests in our Bar and Lounge.

Located on the highest floor of LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge features Contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine overlooking Elliott Bay and stunning views of Downtown Seattle alongside the oceans and mountains.
The dining menu is ever-changing to reflect the fresh local ingredients in season. Enjoy the fine dining experience yet in an approachable environment featuring an expansive main dining room, a lounge and three private dining rooms complete with Mid-Century Modern design furnishing.
CONTEMPORARY PACIFIC NORTHWEST
Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge, helmed by Executive Sous Chef Jeffrey Hunter, features a contemporary approach to Pacific Northwest cuisine, showcasing elevated dishes using fresh, local ingredients served in an approachable way. Menu highlights include Hama Hama Oysters, Stone Oven Octopus, Smoked Duck Breast, Halibut, Troll-Caught King Salmon, and the A5 Wagyu New York Strip. Highlighting seasonal flavors and a classic yet contemporary style, the dessert menu offers standout options from mouthwatering Soufflé's to Lemon-Yuzu Tarts.
INNOVATIVE HAND-CRAFT DRINKS
To complement its unique approach to food, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge features an innovative cocktail list, using local and fresh ingredients that incorporate Asian influence. Changing seasonally, the drink menu blends house-made ingredients of seasonal fruit, herbs and unique spices with texture, balance and finish. Menu highlights include the Gold Fashioned, #Loveforlotte, Cherries in Jeju, as well as “spirit free” options.
ARTISTIC EDIBLE CREATIONS
Executive Pastry Chef Artis Kalsons demonstrates exceptional technique combining his passion for seasonal flavors with a contemporary approach to the classics. Chef Artis Kalsons finds inspiration from the range of flavors that are much loved by today’s guests. The dessert menu highlights include classics such as the Lemon-Yuzu Tart, as well as seasonal specials such as the Raspberry Red Velvet Soufflé and Chocolate Sabayon Cake.
